Archway pitches its CRM to mortgage networks with exception-based file review
Compliance teams would review overridden cases instead of sampling files, the company says. Its network view is still being built.
The pitch
Archway Software, which sells the Archway mortgage CRM, now has a page aimed at mortgage networks and clubs. It says every adviser follows the same guided steps on each case, and that missing information stops a case moving on.1
If an adviser needs to move a case on anyway, a senior colleague can authorise an override, which Archway says it logs with who, when and why. Each firm chooses how strictly the checks apply, and can switch them off. The pitch is that compliance teams see where cases left the standard route, "not a random sample".1
What's live and what isn't
Archway lists as ready today the guided case process, up-front checks with logged overrides, second charge, bridging and debt consolidation with lender integrations, its introducer portal and an AI-assisted fact find.1
A network-wide view of overrides, network-wide rules and an AI file check on every case are still being built "with our first network partners", none of them named. The network screens on its site are labelled example data in an early design. Residential and protection cases can be referred but not yet sourced.1
The file standard
Archway says second charge, bridging and debt consolidation cases are checked against the Specialist Lending File Standard before submission, with a locked evidence pack on completion. Lending Intelligence publishes that standard. It is a version 0.1 consultation draft, and its machine-readable rules so far cover only Section A, debt consolidation.1,3
Archway's site says: "Archway's checks support your compliance process. They are not compliance sign-off."1
Price
Archway now lists £39 per user a month, with AI features included and no contract; on 16 October its site published no prices. Networks get volume pricing per active adviser, falling as more advisers use it, but no network rate is published. The company says it takes no share of fees or commission.2,1
The claims in this article are Archway's and haven't been independently verified. Lending Intelligence runs unpaid promotions for Archway on this site. Archway Software has no ownership or commercial link with Lending Intelligence and had no say in this article.
